What's included in a locker?
Each locker is a numbered, secure storage unit inside our climate-controlled humidor. Your cigars are stored at 70°F and 70% RH at all times.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
Do I need to be present to access my locker?
You can access your locker during any of our open hours. Members receive a dedicated access code.
What does 'Adult Signature Required' mean?
All tobacco products shipped to your address require an adult signature upon delivery. The recipient must be 21 years of age or older.
Is the full bar available?
We are currently finalizing our liquor license. Full bar service is coming soon. Members will be the first to know when we launch.
